ARUBA- One Happy Island

Beautiful beaches, friendly people, and amazing sunsets. Aruba truly is One Happy Island!

Barceló Aruba is an all inclusive, seafront resort and is home to the Royal Level Barceló Aruba, a boutique hotel that offers an upscale and sophisticated experience, with unique and exclusive services. I stayed on the Royal Level for 7 nights. This resort hosts 7 restaurants and 3 bars. All though the resort was beautiful and had so much to offer most of my time was spent wondering the island. You may here the local's say "On Sundays we Moomba" and that couldn't be more true. Moomba Beach Bar & Restaurant is hopping on Sunday night's with live music and two bar areas. Pelican Pier was my favorite spot for a refreshing drink while taking a walk on the beach. I also spent some time on Palm Beach Way, an area with several night clubs and restaurants within walking distance of the resort. Some of my fave spots there was South Beach, Gusto Night Club, and Soprano's Piano Bar. A great spot to enjoy a glass of wine and listen to live music. I did make it out on the water a couple times, once to go snorkeling and spent another day on a Jolly Pirates Party ship. There was tons of shopping directly across from the resort. The weather was perfect, it rained one morning for about a half hour but did not hinder any of the fun. Aruba, I cannot wait to see you again!
